Periodic free novice carving classes. Come and learn
All types of carving, e.g., birds, fish, animals, caricatures, relief carving, realistic figures, wood burning,
chip carving, etc.
Meetings all year. The majority of the members are "snowbirds", but the club meets throughout
the summer months.
Members are friendly and outgoing and are more than willing to assist one another if help
or guidance is needed.
Carving projects during the meetings are up to the members, but there is always a friendly banter
and interchange between members. This adds a social aspect to the meeting in addition to
the technical nature of carving.
Club Show every February. This is an opportunity for all members to "show off" their carvings in
the atmosphere of a noncompetitive show.
